This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the comprehensive delivery of intricate, large-scale customer programs, encompassing multi-site, multi-product, and highly tailored implementations.
• Drive program strategy and planning by establishing timelines, milestones, resource distribution, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Act as the principal customer-facing program leader and trusted advisor, assisting customers in navigating technical and operational challenges while providing strategic guidance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that customer solutions are accurately configured and delivered punctually.
• Independently oversee high-complexity engagements, ensuring consistent delivery in line with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Facilitate executive-level communication, presenting intricate technical concepts, program updates, and risks to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify program risks, inefficiencies, or gaps in delivery workflows, and spearhead initiatives for improvement.
• Shape and influence customer strategy by aligning evolving customer requirements with the long-term vision of the product and company.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Proven track record of independently leading large-scale, technically intricate customer programs amid high levels of ambiguity.
• Significant experience collaborating with enterprise clients and distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional capability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management, risk management, and large-scale program execution.
• Ability to convert explicit and implicit customer needs into structured requirements and influence product and engineering roadmaps.
• Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas, with working knowledge in others: Data centers, Industrial controls and automation systems, HVAC and mission-critical cooling systems, AI / Machine Learning applications in industrial environments.
• Proficient in a variety of program management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and risk management frameworks.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills with an emphasis on developing scalable, repeatable processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
