This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Foster clarity, responsibility, and timely delivery
• Ensure Salesforce and related systems grow in alignment with the business
• Manage team dynamics, cross-functional collaboration, and technical execution—enabling multiple stakeholders to act swiftly while preserving structure and quality
• Serve as the main coordinator among Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing
• Recognize inter-team dependencies and proactively eliminate execution barriers
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions
• Act as a reliable ally to GTM teams, ensuring systems adapt to changing workflows
• Oversee the complete delivery of Salesforce projects, including:
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations
• Actively contribute to:
• Solution design and architecture
• Configuration (flows, validation rules, objects)
• Basic Apex / SOQL / integrations as necessary
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations
• Manage release processes, quality assurance, and deployment
• Establish and uphold operational rhythm across teams:
• Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release prioritization
• Oversee Jira and system workflows:
• Ensure tickets are well-defined, prioritized, and progressing
• Facilitate recurring meetings:
• Weekly execution calls
• Cross-functional alignment sessions
• Represent the “voice of delivery”, ensuring deadlines and commitments are fulfilled
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting across Salesforce and BI tools
• Provide clear insights into project status, risks, and outcomes
• Continuously enhance:
• Business processes
• Data integrity and governance
• System scalability and usability
• Drive alignment across systems including:
• Salesforce (core)
• CLM / CPQ / billing tools
• Marketing automation platforms
• Lead pivotal initiatives such as:
• Process redesign (e.g., deal flow, amendments, renewals)
• New product launches and system enablement
• Data model and workflow optimization
• Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation integrity
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of:
• System architecture
• Business processes
• Key workflows and dependencies
• 7–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Systems, or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and high Corporate IQ
• High energy levels
• Positive demeanor
• Strong technological inclination with a focus on automation, AI, and efficiency
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud preferred)
• Practical experience with:
• Salesforce configuration (Flows, objects, automation)
• Basic programming (Apex, SOQL, APIs)
• Proven track record collaborating with:
• Sales and Customer Success teams
• Cross-functional partners (Finance, Product, Marketing)
• Significant experience with:
• Jira (or similar tools)
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
