This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee intricate, cross-functional technical programs that encompass hardware, infrastructure, IT systems, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on goals, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Provide clarity and structure to complex workstreams by outlining program plans, success criteria, and execution frameworks.
• Develop and sustain repeatable, scalable systems and processes, balancing long-term operational excellence with immediate practical needs.
• Identify and manage risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to promote trust, shared ownership, and transparent decision-making.
• Ensure comprehensive understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations among all teams, fostering shared clarity regarding deliverables and the program's strategic direction.
• Facilitate effective communication by ensuring technical concepts are communicated appropriately to diverse audiences.
• Drive operational readiness by coordinating with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure that hardware, infrastructure, and IT systems are prepared for deployment.
• Monitor and report on program progress, using data and narratives to effectively communicate status, decisions, and risks to leadership.
• Encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among teams involved in program execution.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within the IT or technology vendor sector.
• Practical experience with hardware solutions, hardware lifecycle management, or hardware-dependent infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure build projects (e.g., data centers, edge deployments, network installations, or similar).
• Proven history of driving cross-functional alignment among engineering and operational teams.
• Demonstrated capability to introduce structure and clarity to ambiguous or rapidly evolving technical programs.
• Experience in establishing scalable systems, workflows, and governance while being comfortable initiating with manual or lightweight approaches.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to think strategically while also executing on tactical initiatives.
• Proven skill in managing risks, dependencies, and detailed plans across multiple teams.
