This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define the scope, execution, and delivery of technical programs.
• Execute end-to-end programs including roadmap planning, scheduling, and milestone delivery.
• Ensure alignment among teams regarding business objectives, timelines, and commitments.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize features, and align delivery plans.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams within connected vehicle organizations and Ford.
• Lead the planning and execution of Verification and Validation (V&V) activities.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and incidents that impact delivery.
• Facilitate problem resolution through collaboration among teams.
• Promote Agile practices (Scrum, backlog management, dependency tracking).
• Ensure effective use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Wiki.
• Define, track, and report on success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, program health indicators).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery practices.
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and modern software development practices.
• Experience with project management and lifecycle tools (Jira, Jama, Confluence, or related tools).
• Experience in program and dependency management in complex environments.
• Practical technical experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical analysis.
• Experience in planning and executing V&V activities.
• Management of metrics (OKRs, KPIs, program indicators).
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable information.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
