This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of operational excellence and governance throughout the complete PDE SDLC.
• Direct the strategy for tools and make integration choices across the primary toolset.
• Spearhead the implementation of new processes while collaborating with PDE leadership.
• Address systemic data challenges and automate workflows effectively.
• Generate clear, data-driven operational reports tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 5–7 years of experience in product operations or program management within a SaaS setting.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with SDLC tools such as Jira and ProductBoard.
• Experience in managing or enhancing comprehensive SDLC processes, including artifact standards, stage gate compliance, and cross-tool data integrity.
• Demonstrated capability to design and scale operational frameworks rather than merely executing them.
• Practical experience in scripting or workflow automation, with Python or JavaScript preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Functions with a high degree of autonomy.
