📋 Description

• Oversee the cross-vertical operational cadence for Chemical Simulation, which includes weekly stand-up meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly reporting cycles, guaranteeing timely, audit-ready submissions to government stakeholders.

• Manage the unified source of truth for milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions across the seven Programmatic Areas; identify variances early and drive corrective actions with the GM and Vertical Leads.

• Act as the primary operational liaison to government counterparts, converting technical progress into compliance-standard narratives, deliverables, and quarterly updates.

• Facilitate cross-functional execution among Vertical Leads, Platform Engineering, Product, BD, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal/Compliance to remove obstacles and safeguard program timelines.

• Create and implement the program management toolkit for Chemical Simulation, which includes dashboards, decision logs, resource models, and reporting templates that can be scaled across verticals and withstand leadership transitions.

• Strong technical proficiency in AI, scientific computing, or materials/chemistry programs adequate to credibly challenge schedules, scope, and dependencies with senior scientists and engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering, computer science, physical sciences, or a related field); advanced degree is preferred.

• This role meets specific U.S. Government contractual requirements, so we are only able to consider U.S. Persons (Permanent Residents or Citizens) at this time.
