Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Navigate complexity: Assist in deconstructing large concepts and challenging issues into manageable, attainable plans. Foster alignment. Convert vision into collective objectives across teams, while ensuring these initiatives remain focused and on track.

• Take charge of delivery. From the initial kickoff to the final launch, you will monitor progress, manage potential risks, and ensure we deliver with assurance.

• Provide clarity. Keep stakeholders updated, identify obstacles early, and utilize data to inform decisions when facing difficult trade-offs.

• Be the glue. Collaborate across engineering, product, security, and leadership to ensure everyone remains aligned.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience leading cross-functional programs, ideally with 5+ years in fast-paced or technical settings.

• You possess technical fluency: whether through a degree in Computer Science or through extensive hands-on experience with engineering teams.

• You have collaborated closely with infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling teams and understand their dynamics.

• You know how to influence others without formal authority and create structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
