This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will gain direct insight into clinical operations by engaging with customers and converting their needs into technical specifications.
• You will create technical integration strategies with acute hospitals, post-acute care facilities (such as nursing homes), and various partners.
• You will oversee integration projects from start to finish, managing everything from specifications to implementation and validation at client locations.
• You will coordinate development teams, ensuring clear interoperability requirements are established and that new interfaces are delivered reliably.
• You will manage stakeholders across different teams, aligning internal and external groups to ensure project success.
• You will empower other teams by imparting interoperability knowledge to the Product, Deployment, and Sales teams, enabling them to effectively handle technical inquiries.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing technical software integration projects within the healthcare IT sector.
• You have a strong understanding of healthcare IT systems (such as HIS/KIS/PVS) and clinical workflows in acute, post-acute, or outpatient environments.
• You possess technical experience with interoperability standards including HL7 v2, FHIR, and REST APIs.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the Telematics Infrastructure (TI).
• You have a solid grasp of agentic AI tools and can provide practical examples of how you have utilized them in your workflows.
• You demonstrate a strong ownership mentality and are capable of driving initiatives independently in fast-paced environments.
• You have a proven history of delivering software projects within the healthcare industry.
• You possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are structured in your thinking and can convert vague requirements into clear technical specifications, workflows, and actionable tasks.
• You have very proficient spoken and written skills in both German and English.
