This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Develop and enhance digital learning solutions.

• Integrate learning tools with systems such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms.

• Design learning experiences directly within the product interface.

• Establish automated methods for knowledge sharing.

• Create gamification features to enhance engagement in learning.

• Monitor the usage of learning solutions and refine them based on user feedback.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

• Several years of experience in building learning systems from the ground up.

• Strong technical expertise in APIs, scripting, and automation tools.

• Practical experience with learning technology platforms and tools.

• Capability to translate concepts into scalable, operational solutions.

• Comfortable with navigating changes in dynamic, evolving environments.

• Proficient in English and German languages, both written and spoken.
