Product Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Monitoring and evaluating current BLIK implementations on both the issuing (banks) and acceptance (acquirers and merchants) sides.

• Developing and maintaining the knowledge base related to these implementations.

• Initiating and executing corrective measures and optimization strategies.

• Providing support for implementations conducted by partners and assisting them in addressing issues identified post-service launch.

• Contributing to the creation of functional requirements, documentation, and product presentations.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability and eagerness to learn rapidly.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in numerical data analysis.

• Minimum English proficiency at the C1 level.

• Independence and effective work organization.

• A focus on finding solutions rather than identifying problems.

• Experience in mobile banking, mobile payments, or mobile technologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with Splunk is an additional advantage.
