Principal Product Specialist, Complex PCI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develops and evaluates corporate short-term and long-term strategies, goals, and objectives for a specific product or product line.

• Construct, mentor, and assist in executing the Complex PCI portfolio marketing strategies and campaigns throughout the Western Europe region.

• The selected candidate will act as the intermediary between the global team and the local countries.

• Perform competitive product evaluations and conduct market research.

• Assist in planning and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing the usage of the CRDN product within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• At least 2+ years of experience in product management and marketing in the medical device or healthcare sector.

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on building relationships and engaging stakeholders.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

• Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 30%).

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and capacity to extract actionable insights from data.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, experience in launching products in Europe, project and/or program management experience at the country level, and proficiency in a second European language will be advantageous.
