Lead Consultant, Strategy, Innovation & Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead performance management and ongoing enhancement initiatives for AV partnership programs.

• Establish, monitor, and refine objectives and key results (OKRs) to assess success, foster accountability, and align with strategic goals.

• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative insights from providers, partners, customers, and subject matter experts.

• Work collaboratively with product, process, operations, technology, and automation teams to implement innovation projects and expedite delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, product development, innovation, consulting, process improvement, or a related field is preferred.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to convert complex data and insights into actionable, business-oriented solutions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing partners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.

• Proficient in balancing strategic thinking with practical execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
