Technical Product Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Providing training and support to contractors, Independent Service Contractors (ISCs), wholesale distributors, and manufacturer representatives on Bradford White Corporation products.

• Designing, planning, and delivering training sessions for both external and internal clients.

• Cultivating relationships with customers and contractors.

• Offering feedback to management regarding new product features and benefits that address customer needs and desires.

• Overseeing and guiding the establishment of remote training facilities.

• Assisting in the filming and planning of technical training videos as required.

• Serving as a collaborative team member in all aspects and methods of technical training.

• Supporting both internal and external customers with their product installation and service requirements.

• Committing to continuous improvement through self-driven motivation.

• Aiding in the organization of customer training sessions and factory visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.

• An associate degree or technical certifications in HVAC/R, mechanical systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 5 years of technician experience in relevant trades.

• More than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including frequent overnight stays.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong commitment to customer success and enhancing the customer experience.
