This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of the migration backlog - ensure it is prioritized, refined, and prepared so the team is always aware of upcoming tasks and their importance;
• Facilitate effective refinement sessions - deconstruct work, clarify scopes, and resolve uncertainties prior to development;
• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the migration process - comprehend their data, systems, and concerns, and convert that into clear requirements for the team;
• Pose the right technical inquiries - while coding isn't necessary, an understanding of API functionality, data mapping, and potential integration failures is essential;
• Collaborate with engineering to outline migration pathways - determine what data is transferred, the method of transfer, necessary transformations, and what will be excluded;
• Identify risks early on - such as data quality issues, missing fields, and incompatible formats - and ensure the team addresses these before they hinder progress;
• Coordinate with various teams when migrations intersect with other platform components;
• Monitor migration progress and provide clear communication to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Over 3 years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis, with direct experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Strong technical comprehension of APIs, integrations, and data flows, with the capability to understand high-level system interactions.
• Basic familiarity with SQL and databases, including the ability to interpret queries, comprehend data schemas, and effectively liaise with engineering teams.
• Practical experience in data migration, system integration, or platform onboarding, with awareness of common challenges and risks.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities from multiple customers while keeping the team focused and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Comfortable making decisions with partial information and adjusting quickly as new insights are obtained.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher).
