This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage the intake and triage process for product feedback and issues.
• Investigate reported issues and independently replicate problems.
• Differentiate between bugs, usability problems, feature requests, and training deficiencies.
• Prioritize issues based on customer impact, revenue implications, and strategic significance.
• Draft clear product requirements and engineering tickets.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams for implementation.
• Update stakeholders on status and timelines.
• Monitor product quality and identify recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to collect user insights.
• Promote continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes.
• Assist in defining product roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Monitor product delivery metrics and ensure accountability across teams.
• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and web applications.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in writing detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience with AI, AdTech, MarTech, DSPs, SSPs, or digital advertising is highly preferred.
