Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Takes ownership of the Loan Origination System (LOS) and leads ongoing improvements and daily enhancements.

• Collaborates with engineering and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement impactful features.

• Guarantees that system reliability, scalability, and performance adapt to changing business requirements.

• Directs strategic initiatives that augment LOS capabilities in alignment with the company's objectives.

• Converts business goals into comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.

• Functions as a technical product partner, engaging in discussions around architecture, integrations, and system limitations.

• Provides clarity and direction for the team by defining tasks, refining requirements, and assisting with complex decision-making.

• Addresses uncertainty by establishing structure, making informed choices, and fostering momentum.

• Influences outcomes by aligning stakeholders, questioning assumptions, and cultivating strong cross-functional relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in complex or technical fields.

• Familiarity with SAAS enterprise systems or platforms (e.g., LOS, CRM).

• Demonstrated success in delivering both incremental enhancements and strategic projects.

• Strong technical knowledge; capable of engaging in discussions about system design, APIs, integrations, and data flows.

• Comfortable navigating technical trade-offs and independently suggesting feasible solutions.

• Proactive, ownership-oriented, and effective in uncertain environments.

• Proficient at influencing without formal authority and constructively challenging assumptions.

• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, focusing on outcomes rather than outputs.
