This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Take ownership and manage the daily operations of our LMS/LXP environment.
• Ensure system stability, performance, data integrity, and an excellent user experience.
• Utilize a user-focused approach when configuring content, workflows, and learning solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and strive to enhance platform usability continuously.
• Recognize and apply best practices across projects efficiently.
• Serve as the technical and functional system owner and the primary contact for resolving IT security issues.
• Communicate platform updates and system enhancements to segment editors in a timely manner.
• Assist customers in designing and implementing effective learning solutions.
• Convert business and HR requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee platform integrations (e.g., Teams, APIs, external providers).
• Manage governance and compliance processes (e.g., PSA/PSI, works council topics).
• Provide operational insights during roadmap discussions, development, and prioritization.
• Support and execute platform migration activities as needed.
• Act as a trusted partner for HR, IT, Social Partners, and business stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives forward with ownership, structure, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Ensure alignment and smooth execution across various initiatives.
• Engage executive-level stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
• Strong technical affinity and the capability to understand system architecture and integrations.
• Experience with LMS and/or LXP platforms (super/admin experience preferred).
• Background in rolling out IT systems or modules in corporate settings, including data security and works council compliance.
• Ability to connect concepts across projects and scale successful solutions.
• A clear ownership mindset with a proactive approach to driving improvements.
• A structured, reliable, and solutions-oriented working style.
• Motivation to consistently enhance user experience and platform performance.
• Confident in collaborating across functions (HR, IT, Social Partners, Business).
• Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to enhance platform usability, content structure, and learning experience.
• High AI literacy and the capability to utilize AI tools for optimizing the platform, improving process efficiency, and designing learning solutions.
