This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Convert product strategy and transformation vision into user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria.
• Ensure coherence with strategic outcomes, Enterprise Architecture roadmaps, and organizational goals.
• Manage the technical product backlog and non-functional requirements encompassing performance, security, scalability, and implementation standards.
• Assist in deliverables such as process flows, pain point analyses, requirements documentation, use cases, and kickoff presentations.
• Collaborate strategically with Finance leaders and facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions.
• Identify interdependencies across programs and initiatives while collaborating with various teams.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Oversee and prioritize the Jira team backlog to optimize business value delivery.
• Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business requirements with QA teams.
• Analyze feedback from stakeholders and end-users to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and set standards for technical documentation and release planning.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, architects, and product owners.
• Assist in change management and the adoption of new financial solutions.
• Establish and track KPIs for transformation initiatives.
• Support program governance, status reporting, and executive presentations.
• Develop roadmaps and sequencing recommendations for parallel or dependent initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or transformation leader in an Agile setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems, including FP&A, Pricing, Reconciliation, Consolidations, ERP, accounting, and reporting.
• Experience in assessing, designing, and implementing process and technology solutions in a financial context.
• Ability to bridge end-to-end processes to facilitate large-scale transformations.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise narratives suitable for all audiences.
• Proficiency in working effectively within a large, matrixed, global environment while building trust at all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• SAFe or Scrum certification with over 3 years of experience in enterprise or finance transformations is preferred.
• Certification as a Product Owner, such as CSPO or equivalent, is preferred.
• Technical knowledge or familiarity with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms is preferred.
• Experience with PPM Clarity and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Background in global finance operations or enterprise-scale projects is preferred.
• Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is preferred.
