Technical Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Developing and overseeing roadmaps for a variety of digital products, encompassing strategic planning and optimization activities.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team consisting of design, content, development, and optimization experts on product development, defining product visions, creating business cases, crafting high-level user stories, and prioritizing effectively.

• Partnering closely with our business stakeholders to strategize and prioritize initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.

• Constructing and supporting business cases for the enhancement of new digital capabilities.

• Assessing sprints to ensure that all business benefits are realized and taking action when they are not.

• Mentoring product managers by providing ongoing support and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• You should have experience in delivering exceptional digital products within an agile framework.

• Ideally, possess some experience in supporting, guiding, or managing other product managers.

• A user-centered product manager who can harmonize business requirements with a commitment to continuously learn from our users.

• A strong advocate for digital solutions who actively seeks to enhance the firm's experience in a way that is both appealing and commercially viable.

• The capability to clearly communicate not just what you are doing, but, more crucially, why it is valuable to our customers and the business.

• You should be well acquainted with standard product strategy techniques (prioritization, backlog management, drafting product visions, etc.) and eager to explore new methodologies.
