Senior Technical Product Manager – Wallets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch evaluation.

• Establish user stories, acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and create workflows for development teams.

• Convert intricate technical ideas into straightforward, actionable product specifications.

• Assess technical solutions and prioritize features based on their technical viability, business impact, and customer value.

• Conduct comprehensive market research, including customer discovery, to grasp the value proposition of our product.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate, and implement solutions.

• Ensure that product features are delivered punctually and adhere to quality standards; coordinate testing and feedback processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical product management position.

• Previous experience in developing or managing crypto wallets with DeFi capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills for connecting technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A true team player who rapidly builds trust, communicates openly, and enhances the effectiveness of those around them.

• Proactive approach. You recognize necessary changes, construct a compelling case, and take initiative without awaiting instruction.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring engineers, designers, and business stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal.

• Equally adept at strategizing and executing; you do not delegate tasks and disappear.

• Flourishes in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. You perform your best work when the stakes are high and deadlines are tight.

• Proficient in agile methodologies such as Jira, Asana, etc.

• Strong knowledge of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote work environment.

• Proficient in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to assess success; experience with A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
