Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Define the long-term vision for innovative products and establish their unique position in the VR product market.

• Oversee the product discovery process to ensure the validation of product-market fit.

• Create a compelling value proposition for new products tailored to various customer segments.

• Take ownership of and manage a comprehensive cross-platform product roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to clearly articulate problems and support solution design, delivery, and iteration.

• Identify and validate new opportunities to enhance the impact of products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with B2C products (RecSys, Apps).

• Familiarity with ML-based systems such as recommendation engines, personalization, or data-driven products.

• A demonstrated history of managing and delivering complex technical products successfully.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively engage CxO-level stakeholders.

• Proven record of customer-centric thinking with the capability to transform user challenges into product opportunities.

• Competence in navigating both the discovery and delivery stages of product development.

• Leadership traits that motivate and direct multiple development teams toward achieving product objectives.

• Experience with AI-driven products or immersive media technologies is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English and Russian.
