This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Take ownership of the telephony infrastructure for global support operations.
• Collaborate at the intersection of product development, engineering, and vendor management.
• Enhance routing efficiency, minimize costs, and advance channel strategies across various markets.
• Foster relationships with voice and communications service providers.
• Define and influence the telephony product development roadmap.
• Convert complex operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or technical program management; a background in contact center technology, voice/telephony, or customer operations is advantageous but not essential—strong systems thinking and the capacity to quickly adapt to new domains are more important.
• Technical expertise: adept at reading API documentation, comprehending routing logic, IVR trees, telecom billing models, and integration patterns; capable of translating stakeholder needs into concise technical specifications.
• Analytical skills: proficient in SQL for ad-hoc analysis, with experience in developing cost models and business cases utilizing unit economics.
• Vendor management experience: a proven history of executing commercial negotiations with telecom or SaaS providers in English, managing service level agreements, and onboarding new vendors.
• Cross-functional collaboration: experience in coordinating efforts across engineering, Ops/CX, legal, and finance; capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Product delivery experience: able to take ownership of a product roadmap, draft product requirement documents (PRDs), prioritize based on cost and impact, and drive execution towards outcomes in collaboration with engineering teams.
