This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to establish technical solutions that align with business goals.

• Develop and enhance technical epics, user stories, and non-functional requirements.

• Offer engineering teams technical guidance and clarify decisions related to architecture, design, and implementation.

• Work alongside Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, balancing functional upgrades with technical investments.

• Assist in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product releases by eliminating technical obstacles and ensuring readiness for delivery.

• Propel the execution of the technical product roadmap.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Provide advice to cross-functional teams on contemporary development practices, cloud technologies, and initiatives for continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in information technology, encompassing software or application development and product ownership.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical leadership or overseeing cross-functional technology projects.

• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services, C#, Python, Git/GitHub, SQL and relational databases, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, RESTful APIs, automated testing, React or React Native, as well as production monitoring and support.

• Experience in delivering digital products within an Agile framework is preferred.

• Experience in managing technical debt, platform modernization, and enhancements aimed at customer-facing solutions is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders is preferred.

• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
