This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the customer and user advocate, promoting platform usability, performance, scalability, UX, and accessibility.
• Convert high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for platform features, technical products, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure that technical solutions align with user requirements and business goals.
• Organize sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning meetings.
• Conduct user journey mapping and feedback sessions to optimize workflows, minimize friction, and increase platform value.
• Prioritize feedback, bugs, and changes based on the needs of customers and users.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Content, Technology, and Sales, to resolve technical issues and collect feedback.
• Assist in the development and launch of new features, login options, enrollment processes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ensure that product documentation and FAQs are up-to-date and technically accurate.
• Engage in the evaluation and integration of third-party tools and infrastructure components.
• Proven experience in product ownership or a technical product management position, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or platform development.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and designers.
• Demonstrated capability to gather requirements and articulate user stories with clarity and precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; skilled at aligning stakeholders and documenting product strategies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint cycles, and backlog management practices.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization capabilities in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with a keen focus on quality, delivery, and user experience.
