This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Ensure the consistency, usability, and operational efficiency of digital products across various platforms.
• Take ownership of and carry out user acceptance testing across all platforms, including mobile, web, and connected TV devices.
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases for new features and releases.
• Validate functionality, usability, and performance before the product release.
• Perform regression testing to guarantee stability through updates.
• Confirm product behavior across different devices, operating systems, and environments.
• Configure and manage product settings, content configurations, and system parameters as necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance workflows, minimize manual efforts, and boost reliability.
• Assist in release readiness by validating product and content from both a technical and user-centric viewpoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in QA, product operations, technical support, or similar roles.
• Strong preference for experience with complex, multi-platform digital products.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
• Solid understanding of mobile, web, and connected TV platforms.
• Experience with CMS platforms, admin tools, or product configuration systems.
• Capability to troubleshoot technical issues across diverse systems and workflows.
• Preferred familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Experience with bug tracking, logging, and debugging tools.
• Comfort with APIs, data structures, or system integrations is a plus.
• Office environment with a forty-hour (+) workweek.
