Senior Manager, DSNP Product Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides comprehensive operational leadership for DSNP products.

• Ensures adherence to regulatory standards, scalability, and market readiness.

• Oversees the operational execution of DSNP benefit configuration, eligibility, and enrollment.

• Collaborates closely with Product, IT, Compliance, and Clinical teams to implement DSNP strategy.

• Monitors operational implications of CMS guidance, state regulations, and dual integration models.

• Promotes continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

• Establishes and tracks KPIs, SLAs, and operational risk indicators related to DSNP performance.

• Leads a team responsible for operational oversight of vendor delegation for supplemental Food/OTC/Flex cards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in place of the required education.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of DSNP Product Experience is required.

• At least five (5) years of experience working with CMS and state requirements is necessary.

• Five (5) years of experience leading DSNP operational initiatives is essential.

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.

• Experience with project management software is mandatory.

• A thorough understanding of project management processes, techniques, tools, and the development lifecycle (preferably Agile) is needed.

• Strong background in the healthcare payer industry with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare is essential.
