Senior Manager, Product Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and coordinate the annual and quarterly strategic planning cycle for the Product and R&D organization.

• Collaborate with the CPO, VP of Product, VP of Engineering, and Finance to formulate multi-year product investment strategies.

• Identify, define, and actively manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives.

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders in product and engineering.

• Improve the product operations function, which includes product launch readiness, go-to-market coordination, release management, and integration of feedback loops.

• Foster strong working relationships across R&D, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in product operations, strategy and operations, program management, or management consulting within a B2B technology environment.

• Proven experience in owning and leading strategic planning processes (annual planning, OKRs, portfolio reviews) at a VP or C-level-adjacent level.

• A demonstrated history of designing and executing cross-functional strategic initiatives from initial concept to measurable results.

• Strong business and financial acumen: comfortable with P&L visibility, headcount planning, and investment frameworks.

• Outstanding executive communication skills — capable of drafting compelling strategy memos, leading QBRs, and presenting to a board.

• Experience in managing and developing direct reports and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
