Product Operations Manager – Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete customer service operations, including escalation processes, quality of responses, tools, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to convert operational requirements into precise, well-defined software tasks.

• Partner with marketing on operational campaigns, launching logistics, and user acquisition processes.

• Engage with external service providers for onboarding, coordination, and ongoing management of relationships.

• Develop dashboards and monitor KPIs to provide operational insights to leadership.

• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners such as legal advisors, third-party vendors, marketing, and customer service.

• Create the systems, playbooks, and processes that enable the organization to scale effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, product management, or program management within a software company (SaaS, D2C, or comparable).

• Proficient in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects without frequent escalations.

• Ability to switch contexts seamlessly across various domains, including legal, engineering, and customer service, all within a single day.

• Process-driven yet practical: you develop systems that enhance workflow, rather than constrain it.

• Proven capability to leverage AI as a force multiplier to autonomously manage intricate workstreams and bridge experience gaps across a wide range of responsibilities.
