Technical Product Manager – Temporary Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and uphold a meticulously organized product backlog

• Lead the delivery of projects across various functions

• Serve as the main coordination hub between internal engineering teams and external API or integration partners

• Convert business and partner requirements into precise functional and technical specifications

• Assist in the onboarding process for API and integration partners

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration sessions

• Work closely with engineering teams to examine logs, error reports, and support tickets

• Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders

• Present change proposals to the Change Advisory Board (CAB)

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Business Analyst

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework

• A solid product ownership mindset

• Demonstrated ability to bridge communication between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners

• Exceptional technical communication abilities

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication principles

• Practical experience with Jira or Azure DevOps

• Strong skills in documentation

• Advanced proficiency in English with conversational fluency
