This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.
β’ Assist application development teams in understanding and prioritizing their requirements concerning shared platform and infrastructure capabilities.
β’ Organize incoming requests into well-defined problems, requirements, backlog items, decisions, and follow-up actions.
β’ Collaborate with technical leads to convert DevSecOps, infrastructure, reliability, operational readiness, and security/compliance tasks into product outcomes and artifacts for stakeholders.
β’ Help balance urgent support requests from teams with investments in reusable patterns, standards, documentation, automation, and shared services.
β’ Aid in managing the roadmap, backlog, intake, prioritization, documentation, and communication practices for shared platform services.
β’ Facilitate alignment among project teams, application development groups, Nava, partner contractors, delivery leadership, and technical stakeholders.
β’ Enhance visibility of platform value through clear service definitions, adoption indicators, operational metrics, risk summaries, and stakeholder communications.
β’ Assist with transition, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and operational-readiness documents as platform services develop.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in a Senior or Principal level product management, technical product ownership, or closely related role.
β’ Background in platform, infrastructure, DevSecOps, cloud, reliability, internal tools, developer experience, enterprise software, or other technical products.
β’ Experience with AI-enabled product delivery, AI platform enablement, responsible AI governance, or infrastructure support for teams developing AI-enabled products.
β’ Strong capability to transform ambiguous technical tasks into clear priorities, roadmaps, workflows, artifacts, requirements, and decision points.
β’ Comfort in collaborating closely with engineers, architects, delivery leads, security/compliance stakeholders, and client partners.
β’ Ability to balance stakeholder needs, delivery capacity, governance, security, operational risk, and costs.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Proficient facilitation skills in multi-team environments that involve shifting priorities.
β’ Capability to meet public trust clearance requirements.
