This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate closely with the dedicated Product Manager to grasp, articulate, and continuously enhance product requirements.
• Actively oversee the product lifecycle through all phases: ideation, conception, development, maintenance, and end-of-life planning.
• Define and refine product requirements by decomposing complex challenges into clearly articulated epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Engage in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a daily liaison between cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Interact directly with customers to extract detailed product requirements, validate assumptions, and collect actionable feedback.
• Provide compelling product presentations to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers to co-develop design requirements.
• Manage and uphold a well-organized product backlog in JIRA.
• Author clear technical and functional requirements documentation.
• Facilitate and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and escalate obstacles that impede delivery progress.
• Monitor and report on key product delivery metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record in a Technical Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role with hands-on experience in software product delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in software implementation or development.
• Proficient in JIRA for backlog management, ticket creation, and sprint tracking.
• Strong ability to draft detailed, unambiguous product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in direct customer engagement to gather requirements, validate solutions, and build trust, including delivering product demonstrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on tactical, hands-on delivery and execution.
• Collaborative approach with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
