📋 Description

• Conduct thorough user and market research to inform product strategy, transforming insights into features and actionable roadmaps.

• Assess and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability, assisting in the prioritization of work in alignment with broader project and business objectives.

• Lead the strategy, discovery, and implementation of initiatives that involve complex system integrations, enhancements, and customer-facing features.

• Oversee the site search strategy, which includes relevance tuning, ranking signal prioritization, synonym and query understanding, faceted navigation, autocomplete, and zero-results recovery.

• Direct category navigation and browsing taxonomy to ensure that the information architecture supports seamless customer navigation and effective search engine discovery across thousands of product SKUs.

• Spearhead the customer experience (CX) platform strategy by evaluating, selecting, and optimizing the technology stack that underpins acquisition, personalization, analytics integrations, and CRM data flows.

• Own the product backlog by creating comprehensive, technically sound user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions punctually.

• Actively manage timelines and deliverables, concentrating on interactions within and across departments; collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure adherence to deadlines.

• Work closely with developers to define technical requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

• Serve as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, clarifying business needs while promoting technical best practices.

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution to guarantee product quality across various projects and releases.

• Assist in end-to-end testing, quality assurance, and validation for technical implementations and system integrations.

• Establish metrics for key projects and ensure that monitoring plans align with business goals; analyze product performance and troubleshoot technical issues post-launch.

• Communicate complex insights and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Identify and communicate challenges affecting the team, proactively proposing and implementing solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in a product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations.

• Proven Agile development mindset with hands-on experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• A history of independently leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, including projects that spanned both marketing and engineering teams.

• Practical experience with on-site search or discovery product ownership, including relevance tuning, faceted navigation, or search quality analytics.

• Familiarity with full-stack development technologies, including React and Java (Spring Boot), along with their associated frameworks.

• Cloud deployment experience with one or more major platforms: Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.

• Ability to tackle assignments of diverse and complex scope, identifying solutions to unfamiliar problems with minimal guidance.

• Demonstrated good judgment in resolving escalated and complex issues.

• Established effective working relationships with senior leadership both internally and externally.

• Strong data fluency, with the capability to translate analytics (e.g., Amplitude), search behavioral data, and A/B test results into roadmap decisions.
