📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing team: Recruit, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of a team of program and technical program managers across the domains of technical delivery, process design, and strategic planning.

• Own the integrated Revenue Operations roadmap: Gather, prioritize, and sequence tasks across system deliveries, including Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, Billing, Forecasting, and Renewals.

• Translate strategy into actionable programs: Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional leaders to identify challenges, create business cases, establish success metrics, and oversee the delivery from initiation to adoption.

• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle: Direct complex system enhancements through requirements gathering, solution design in partnership with the Salesforce Systems team, UAT, enablement, change management, and post-launch evaluation.

• Drive change management initiatives: Take responsibility for change management regarding process and system enhancements within the Sales organization, ensuring teams are prepared, supported, and equipped with the necessary resources to embrace new operational methods.

• Develop the operating model: Articulate how Revenue Operations views itself—monitor program health (first-pass yield, approval SLAs, quoting success rates, automation coverage, on-time delivery), publish findings, and utilize them to inform decision-making.

• Lead complex and ambiguous initiatives: Structure challenges linked to corporate strategy and long-term objectives, rally the appropriate cross-functional team, and guide each initiative to a definitive conclusion.

• Manage risks and communicate effectively: Identify dependencies, risks, and obstacles early on; devise mitigation strategies; and update program status to leadership at the AVP+ level.

• Deliver impactful reporting and results: Assess project outcomes, report on the impact achieved, and drive continuous improvement efforts to reach and sustain operational excellence.

• Advocate for AI-driven methodologies: Utilize AI tools to streamline intake, requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis, and integrate responsible AI practices into the team's operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Technical Program Management (TPM), particularly in high-growth B2B SaaS environments; must include at least 2-3 years of formal people management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; a background in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business is a considerable advantage.

• Proven track record of leading the complete delivery lifecycle for Sales technology stack enhancements: from intake and scoping to UAT, enablement, and change management.

• Technical proficiency in Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ, specifically regarding product configuration, pricing logic, quote templates, and discount approval workflows.

• Functional knowledge of the integrated Lead-to-Cash ecosystem, encompassing CLM, Billing, Forecasting, and Renewals processes.

• Capacity to drive organizational change by leading intricate, cross-functional programs in matrixed environments, ensuring successful adoption through comprehensive change management practices.

• Analytical aptitude with a focus on program health indicators such as first-pass yield, quoting success rates, automation coverage, and approval SLAs.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between Systems and Sales audiences while effectively engaging with AVP+ leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to organize ambiguous strategic issues and craft compelling business cases for change in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
