This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete data lifecycle for the device intelligence platform, encompassing field signal collection, storage, processing, querying, and reporting.
• Lead the strategy for device data collection via the JS Agent, which includes establishing instrumentation contracts, evolving schemas, and ensuring reliable delivery to Server APIs.
• Manage ingestion, storage, and processing initiatives while balancing factors such as reliability, cost, and scalability with engineering.
• Define user experiences for device data across the Analytics Dashboard, Server APIs, and MCP experiences.
• Convert customer feedback and internal requirements into a prioritized roadmap that addresses query UX, report templates, data freshness SLAs, and export flows.
• Oversee customer migrations between major Server API versions.
• Maintain the roadmap for the JS Agent, Server APIs, Dashboard, and MCP Server.
• Conduct quarterly planning, write PRDs, manage dependencies across teams, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Coordinate product launches with product marketing, ensuring alignment on go-to-market timing, messaging, and post-launch enablement.
• Manage updates to documentation and assist in creating training materials and best-practice content for both internal and customer-facing audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, and customer success to align educational materials with the release schedule.
• In-depth understanding of big data pipelines along with the requirements for collection, storage, and querying at scale.
• Proven experience as a product manager in data analytics products.
• Background in identity, anti-fraud, or data intelligence platforms is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with event-level data APIs over high-volume behavioral or identity event streams.
• Ability to analyze API query capabilities, payload fields, downstream analytics pipelines, and structured event data.
• Knowledge of rate limiting, regional data residency, authentication patterns, and pagination as product constraints.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of product management experience.
• Technical expertise to engage in discussions about APIs, architecture, and system constraints with engineers.
• Experience managing competing priorities among individual contributors, managers, and executives.
• Proven track record of translating customer needs into delivered products.
• Experience in defining and tracking product metrics and leveraging data for roadmap prioritization.
• Ability to make and justify trade-off decisions under resource constraints.
• Experience collaborating with sales and marketing on launches, pricing strategies, or positioning.
