• Take charge of product features and new offerings from conception to launch, establishing roadmaps and determining priorities for development.
• Develop dashboards, internal tools, and automation processes, including AI-assisted construction with Claude.
• Transform client requirements and internal challenges into actionable solutions by drafting specifications and acceptance criteria, prototyping, delivering, and refining.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams using an Agile methodology, while managing a focused and advancing backlog.
• Envision new products and features.
• Facilitate feedback loops with clients and internal stakeholders, leveraging data and product metrics to validate outcomes.
• Oversee product domains comprehensively from prioritization to launch and iteration.
• Assist in the development of internal tools, automation, and software solutions; troubleshoot challenges and contribute to enhancements.
• A background in software engineering — capable of coding and building, not merely writing specifications and delegating.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a closely related field, having delivered software from start to finish.
• Proficient with AI and LLMs — adept at building with Claude and integrating AI tools as a fundamental aspect of your workflow.
• Practical Agile/Scrum experience: responsible for backlog management, prioritization, and crafting clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Data literacy — skilled in querying and analyzing data (e.g., SQL) to assess problems, conduct experiments, and gauge impact.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, software architecture, and the integration of modern products.
• Product intuition — capable of prioritizing, balancing user needs against effort, and determining what is worth developing.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, comfortable collaborating with clients, engineering, and internal teams.
• Experience in building internal tools, dashboards, automation, or data products.
• Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated, workflow-intensive sector.
• Familiarity with product and analytics tools (Linear, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Proven experience in taking products from inception to launch, rather than merely iterating on existing solutions.
• Fully remote work environment.
• Competitive compensation.
• Engaging projects with tangible business impact.
• High level of ownership and autonomy.
• Opportunity to engage with AI-driven technologies and modern development tools.
• A collaborative team committed to addressing real challenges for healthcare clients.
