This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact between Marketing/business stakeholders and IT.
• Convert business goals into technical specifications and system elements.
• Collaborate with teams from Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Sales Operations, Customer Care, IT, Engineering, Architecture, Legal, and other business areas.
• Execute consumer and agent marketing strategies, products, offers, promotions, and campaigns.
• Oversee complex programs and projects that span multiple business divisions.
• Manage IT enhancement initiatives that support campaigns, launches, promotions, offers, and lifecycle modifications.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing lifecycle management of products, promotions, offers, rate changes, and related system capabilities.
• Handle approximately 2–4 projects each quarter across various workstreams, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Develop and refine features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and other requirements artifacts.
• Define intricate offer attributes, variables, business rules, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and discussions with stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and submission of technical requirements to downstream IT and catalog/configuration teams.
• Engage as a subject matter expert in solution discussions.
• Assess technical solutions, system impacts, dependencies, and implementation necessities in collaboration with Architecture, Engineering, and IT teams.
• Support backend IT configuration and development tasks.
• Collaborate with testing and validation teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams through requirements gathering, solution development, implementation, validation, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and quarterly PI Planning sessions.
• Utilize JIRA and/or JIRA Align to oversee requirements, dependencies, priorities, and delivery tasks.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify obstacles and dependencies, suggest alternatives, and influence decision-making.
• Provide product surveillance and lifecycle management.
• Deliver leadership presentations and updates regarding products, promotions, project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Maintain relationships and engage in frequent communication within a collaborative remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, Product Management, or similar certification is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent industry, technical, product, and stakeholder-management experience is demonstrated.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, technical product, product lead, delivery management, or a comparable role within a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience in the entertainment industry is highly preferred, particularly in video, streaming, television, telecommunications, broadband, wireless, mobility, or similar consumer technology sectors.
• Proven experience working between Marketing or business teams and IT to collect, analyze, document, refine, and communicate technical and functional requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing products, offers, promotions, services, or technical capabilities from development through implementation and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Experience leading cross-functional requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, technical solutioning, approval, and delivery efforts.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments and with project or product management tools, such as JIRA and/or JIRA Align.
• Familiarity with Power BI or a similar reporting and data-visualization tool is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise Agile and PI Planning environments is preferred.
• Background in analyzing and reporting market, product, operational, or performance data is preferred.
• Experience in client-facing, internal consulting, cross-functional stakeholder, or vendor-management settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA Customer Decision Hub, Decisioning, and Prediction Studio.
• Familiarity with retail or call center CRM systems, such as Oracle, Salesforce, and Clarify.
• Capability to create business and technical requirements, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process documentation.
• Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with marketing databases and digital/orchestration technologies such as Adobe, Pega, and Unica.
• Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or a similar data-analysis language.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and XML transactions for validating API requests and responses.
• Ability to rapidly learn about customer care, ordering, billing, product configuration, and associated enterprise systems.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams and independent work is preferred.
• Experience with DIRECTV and/or AT&T U-verse billing, ordering, product, or system, or equivalent comparable-platform experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of C3, STMS, Enabler, Evergent, ETM, LS-CRM, OMS, Online, Salesforce, or comparable systems is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Remote work opportunity from any U.S. time zone.
• Monday through Friday work schedule averaging 40 hours per week.
