AI Infrastructure TPM III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of Agile programs across various data hall design workstreams, including sprint planning, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, story grooming, retrospectives, and delivery reporting.

• Collaborate with data hall design leadership to establish deliverables, acceptance criteria, release plans, and capacity commitments for draft layouts, final layouts, BOMs, patch matrices, rack elevations, cabling designs, power and cooling specifications, and implementation documentation.

• Take ownership of the integrated program plan and critical path encompassing civil, electrical, space planning, construction, parts, inventory, hardware, vendors, colocation providers, physical security, networking, operations, and deployment teams.

• Identify, manage, and escalate blockers related to facility readiness, power availability, cooling capacity, equipment lead times, inventory distribution, construction sequencing, security needs, or vendor dependencies.

• Facilitate cross-functional technical reviews, design assessments, customer meetings, readiness reviews, and executive program updates.

• Oversee scope adjustments and technical tradeoffs, evaluating their impacts on data hall capacity, design quality, material availability, budget, timeline, and deployment schedules.

• Establish and uphold program governance through milestone plans, risk registers, dependency maps, decision logs, issue trackers, and success metrics.

• Ensure design teams receive timely and comprehensive inputs required to create accurate, buildable designs.

• Assess program-level quality and readiness of engineering deliverables prior to their release to downstream deployment and operations teams.

• Lead small TPM teams or project workstreams; mentor junior TPMs and create repeatable operational mechanisms.

• Conduct post-deployment reviews, root-cause analyses, and process enhancements aimed at improving design throughput, predictability, and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in TPM, program management, data center infrastructure, design engineering, construction delivery, or a related technical field.

• In-depth understanding of data center design and deployment dependencies, including layouts, racks, structured cabling, patching, power, cooling, facility construction, hardware, inventory, and colocation environments.

• Proven track record of leading Agile technical programs with intricate cross-functional dependencies and critical delivery timelines.

• Demonstrated capability to resolve technical and operational challenges, facilitate decision-making, and communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients.

• Experience in managing or mentoring TPMs, project coordinators, or cross-functional project teams.

• Strong competencies in program planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, technical documentation, and executive communication.
