This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the entire product lifecycle, encompassing discovery, requirements gathering, development, launch, and iteration.
• Create comprehensive, high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that integrate interactive prototypes developed with AI tools (Claude Cowork, v0, Figma, and others), translating seamlessly into actionable engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to jointly establish realistic delivery timelines for all product milestones. Promote shared progress tracking and foster an environment where team members can identify risks early, enabling collective problem-solving before deadlines are jeopardized.
• Work alongside engineering leaders to accurately scope tasks, decompose complex initiatives into well-defined deliverables, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Engage closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and trade-offs.
• Sustain a well-organized and prioritized product backlog, complete with clearly defined acceptance criteria and due dates for each item.
• Leverage data, customer feedback, and market research to drive product decisions and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Foster a culture of timely delivery and continuous improvement across the product organization.
• Track and communicate essential product metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Regularly assess and implement emerging AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance product development efficiency and quality.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or in a related role within a software engineering environment.
• Strong technical proficiency—able to read code, comprehend system architecture, and engage in technical discussions with engineers.
• Expertise in AI-driven product development tools like Claude Cowork, v0, Figma, Cursor, or similar; proven capability to generate prototype-based PRDs.
• Exceptional attention to detail in documenting requirements, managing timelines, and coordinating across functions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing clear, unambiguous specifications.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience in managing product delivery within sprint frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data, customer insights, and market trends into a cohesive product strategy.
• Prior experience in a startup setting is required.
• Experience managing or collaborating with distributed teams is essential.
• Knowledge of identity verification products or AI/ML-based solutions is a plus.
