Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee all Scrum ceremonies to ensure a clear cadence and minimize blockers.

• Serve as the Scrum Master for 1–2 product teams.

• Quickly remove obstacles to maintain high sprint velocity.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the roadmap, establishing clear priorities.

• Compose user stories and acceptance criteria that are free from ambiguity.

• Manage backlog prioritization based on value, impact, and feasibility.

• Utilize BI tools to inform product decisions with real data.

• Monitor KPIs/OKRs and provide clear progress reports.

• Coordinate efforts among engineering, design, and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Scrum Master.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitation techniques.

• Proven experience in conducting Scrum ceremonies from start to finish.

• Proficient with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Ability to analyze data to inform product decisions.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

• CSM or PSM certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

• Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.

• Background in collaborating with product, UX, and data teams.
