Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Define and uphold the Hadron product roadmap.

• Prioritize product initiatives according to market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.

• Maintain a transparent product vision for Hadron across various asset classes and blockchain networks.

• Ensure the long-term scalability of the platform and maintain product coherence.

• Convert business and market needs into well-defined product requirements.

• Manage the product backlog and establish development priorities.

• Oversee development cycles and feature releases.

• Guarantee timely achievement of roadmap milestones.

• Serve as the primary liaison between product and engineering teams.

• Coordinate development efforts with both internal engineers and external technology partners.

• Keep clear documentation of product features, APIs, and platform capabilities.

• Gather and organize feedback from institutional clients and internal teams.

• Identify recurring integration challenges and translate them into product enhancements.

• Enhance onboarding workflows and improve the developer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or ownership, with a minimum of 3 years focused on digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.

• Proven hands-on experience in delivering a tokenization or RWA product, with full accountability for the token lifecycle.

• Extensive knowledge of traditional finance (TradFi) capital markets infrastructure including settlement, custody, clearing, and fund structures.

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly interpret institutional requirements and convert them into actionable product strategies.

• Experience in managing external engineering partners and maintaining scope discipline across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

• Regulatory knowledge across at least two significant tokenization frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA, or their equivalents).

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, capable of creating clear product specifications, client-facing documentation, and executive summaries.
