Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the product roadmap for Hadron.

• Prioritize product initiatives based on market needs, technical viability, and business significance.

• Maintain a comprehensive product vision for Hadron across various asset classes and blockchain networks.

• Ensure the platform's scalability and product consistency over the long term.

• Translate business and market requirements into well-defined product specifications.

• Manage the product backlog and set development priorities.

• Oversee development cycles and feature rollouts.

• Guarantee timely achievement of roadmap milestones.

• Serve as the main point of contact between product and engineering teams.

• Collaborate on development tasks with internal engineers and external technology partners.

• Gather and organize feedback from institutional clients and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• Proven hands-on experience in launching a tokenization or RWA product, with responsibility for the entire token lifecycle.

• Extensive knowledge of traditional finance capital markets infrastructure, including settlement, custody, clearing, and fund structures.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze institutional requirements and convert them into actionable product strategies.

• Familiarity with regulations across at least two major tokenization frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA, or similar).

• Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Capable of producing concise product specifications, client-facing documentation, and executive summaries.
