Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive product leadership of Hadron.

• Establish and uphold roadmap priorities, including pushing back against non-essential requests.

• Collaborate with external engineering partners while maintaining strict scope discipline.

• Address conflicts arising between client requests, technical feasibility, and compliance constraints.

• Ensure that product development is in line with long-term architectural goals and scalability.

• Sustain a clear product vision for Hadron that spans multiple asset classes and blockchain networks.

• Convert business and market demands into well-defined product requirements.

• Serve as the primary liaison between product and engineering teams.

• Gather and organize feedback from institutional clients and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• Minimum of 3 years in the fields of digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.

• Proven hands-on experience in delivering a tokenization or RWA product, with full accountability for the entire token lifecycle.

• In-depth understanding of traditional finance (TradFi) capital markets infrastructure, including settlement, custody, clearing, and fund structures.

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly analyze institutional requirements and convert them into actionable product strategies.

• Experience in managing external engineering partners and ensuring scope discipline across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

• Regulatory knowledge across at least two major tokenization frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA, or equivalent).

• Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency.

• Capable of drafting concise product specifications, client-facing documentation, and executive summaries.
