This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Provide overall leadership for the Hadron product.

• Oversee the definition of product vision, roadmap creation, and execution of delivery.

• Act as the primary point of accountability for the platform catering to institutional client requirements.

• Establish and uphold priorities for the roadmap.

• Collaborate with external engineering partners while ensuring scope management.

• Address conflicts among client demands, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.

• Make decisions regarding go/no-go status for integrations, product features, and releases.

• Ensure that product development is in line with the long-term architecture and scalability of the Hadron platform.

• Maintain a clear product strategy, prioritizing effectively, and avoiding scope creep.

• Define and sustain the Hadron product roadmap.

• Prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• At least 3 years of experience in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.

• Proven hands-on experience in launching a tokenization or RWA product.

• In-depth working knowledge of traditional finance capital markets infrastructure, including settlement, custody, clearing, and fund structures.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze institutional requirements and convert them into actionable product decisions.

• Experience in managing external engineering partners.

• Regulatory knowledge across at least two major tokenization frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA, or equivalent).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capable of creating clear product specifications, client-facing documentation, and executive summaries.
