This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• The Senior Technical Product Manager will take charge of the comprehensive product leadership for Hadron, which encompasses the product vision, roadmap creation, and execution of delivery.
• Establish and uphold roadmap priorities, including the ability to push back against non-essential requests.
• Collaborate with external engineering partners while maintaining strict scope discipline.
• Resolve conflicts that arise between client demands, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.
• Make decisive go/no-go calls on integrations, product features, and releases.
• Ensure that product development is in alignment with the long-term architecture and scalability of the Hadron platform.
• Define and oversee the Hadron product roadmap.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Maintain a clear product vision for Hadron across various asset classes and blockchain networks.
• Ensure the long-term scalability of the platform and coherence of the product.
• Convert business and market needs into precise product requirements.
• Manage the product backlog and development priorities effectively.
• Coordinate development cycles and feature releases.
• Guarantee timely delivery of roadmap milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison between product and engineering teams.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of product features, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Monitor platform performance, bugs, and technical enhancements.
• Gather and organize feedback from institutional clients and internal teams to identify recurring integration challenges and translate them into product enhancements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 3 years focused on digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven hands-on experience in launching a tokenization or RWA product, with responsibility for the entire token lifecycle.
• In-depth working knowledge of traditional finance (TradFi) capital markets infrastructure, including settlement, custody, clearing, and fund structures.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly interpret institutional requirements and convert them into actionable product strategies.
• Experience in managing external engineering partners and enforcing scope discipline across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks pertaining to tokenization, such as MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA, or their equivalents.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Capable of writing clear product specifications, client-facing documents, and executive summaries.
• Nice to have: Previous experience at a bank, asset manager, custodian, or regulated fintech in a product, technology, or markets role.
• Practical experience with various token standards and blockchain networks in a production setting.
• Experience in designing or integrating with custody APIs, transfer agent systems, or fund administration platforms.
• Understanding of on-chain compliance mechanisms such as whitelisting, transfer restrictions, and KYC/AML integrations at the smart contract level.
• Exposure to multi-chain deployment strategies and the associated trade-offs among Layer 1, Layer 2, and permissioned chain environments.
• Familiarity with institutional client onboarding processes in a regulated environment.
