Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of new subscription products and funnels: Build → Launch → Test → Scale → Localization.

• Coordinate multiple product launches concurrently while ensuring smooth execution and compliance with performance milestones.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and Product COO to identify, prioritize, and execute new product opportunities.

• Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, conversion metrics, retention, churn, and LTV to inform product decisions.

• Work closely with paid acquisition teams across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels to maximize growth potential.

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to uncover successful product concepts and funnel mechanics.

• Develop and continuously enhance scalable processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks for efficient new product launches.

• Utilize AI tools for research, funnel analysis, UX reviews, data interpretation, and content optimization.

• Provide data-driven recommendations on whether to scale, optimize, or discontinue products based on performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in consumer subscription businesses, DTC, mobile apps, gaming, e-commerce, or other performance-oriented B2C environments.

• Demonstrated experience in launching and scaling a minimum of 2 subscription products or funnels from concept to market.

• Strong grasp of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, subscription economics, and customer lifecycle management.

• Experience collaborating closely with paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms.

• Capability to analyze cohorts, retention data, and LTV models to make well-informed product decisions.

• Proficiency with tools like Stripe, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, A/B testing platforms, and basic SQL.

• Strong AI expertise and a tendency to use AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and execution.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.

• Professional English communication skills (both written and spoken).
