Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Interacting with AI/ML researchers and data scientists to gain insights into their workflows, use cases, and challenges.

• Converting domain-specific user requirements into comprehensive, actionable product specifications for the engineering and UX teams.

• Developing and overseeing the product roadmap from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring a balance between innovation, user needs, and customer demands.

• Partnering with UX designers to guarantee that user requirements are incorporated into the design, while maintaining a polished and user-friendly interface.

• Facilitating discussions with internal stakeholders (CTO, Head of Design, Engineers) to reconcile technical feasibility with user needs.

• Keeping abreast of the competitive landscape and distinguishing essential features from desirable ones to maintain market relevance.

• Leading collaboration among cross-functional teams to reach consensus on product solutions and supervise development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the AI/ML domain, encompassing experience in model training, quality testing, and awareness of current trends (e.g., reinforcement learning).

• Experience interacting directly with data scientists or working in research environments.

• Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences, including researchers and engineers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex user challenges and translate them into product solutions.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with UX designers and engineering teams to create user-centric products.

• Ability to influence and drive initiatives within cross-functional teams without having direct authority.
