This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, you will spearhead platform-level product initiatives while collaborating closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Identify platform-level challenges and technical constraints that impact our clients.
• Convert intricate technical concepts into straightforward product issues, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Lead the identification and execution of platform and modernization initiatives encompassing infrastructure, data, identity, security, APIs, and tenancy.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to strike a balance between innovation and system stability, compliance, and operational risk.
• Ensure that platform capabilities comply with ERP security criteria, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
• Contribute to the responsible and secure evolution of AI-enabled capabilities that are customer-focused.
• Serve as a product advocate and subject matter expert regarding Multiview’s technical and platform capabilities.
• A degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of experience working with enterprise or SaaS software products.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with databases and data architecture, including managed versus hosted approaches.
• Familiarity with APIs, identity & authentication, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Experience working in or providing support for regulated environments such as ERP, financial systems, or PHI/HIPAA-adjacent products.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple complex initiatives.
