Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Take ownership of your role

• Oversee the roadmap for expanding the minka_ network

• Direct product management throughout the complete product life-cycle, encompassing both strategic and tactical initiatives such as product definition, distribution, and customer support.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the new monetary infrastructure and represent it within minka_

• Engage in the agile product development process, ensuring that features are accurately prioritized and releases are executed on schedule without excuses.

• Continuously seek improvement and enhance your knowledge about the internet, bitcoin, and money.

• Be a problem solver

• Take necessary actions to communicate customer needs and opportunities within the organization and ensure their delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, revenue teams, and other stakeholders to establish and implement timelines, workflows, benchmarks, goals, and detailed requirements.

• Document insights

• Lead ideation sessions with clients to swiftly identify customer needs and create testable solution prototypes.

• Record the requirements and facilitate discussions with customers.

• Develop and drive product strategy, definition, prioritization, and planning through collaboration with internal partners and clients.

• Act as the voice and advocate of customers within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software development, software product management, or program delivery

• Strong prior experience in financial technology or with financial concepts

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.

• Robust background in product discovery methodologies that support incubation, experimentation, and new product development.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to make your voice heard when necessary.

• A solid understanding of agile principles and experience in an agile environment, with a preferred certification in Agile.

• A positive, driven attitude with a focus on excellent teamwork.

• Capability to develop broad market use cases as well as write comprehensive technical specifications.

• Familiarity with both "bit" and "bitcoin."

• Have watched the Mr. Robot TV show.
