Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the ownership and evolution of the Loan Origination System (LOS), facilitating continuous improvements and daily enhancements.

• Collaborates with engineering teams and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and implement impactful features.

• Guarantees that system reliability, scalability, and performance align with the changing needs of the business.

• Leads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing LOS capabilities in alignment with corporate objectives.

• Converts business goals into actionable product strategies, detailed roadmaps, and execution plans.

• Functions as a technical product partner, engaging in discussions about architecture, integrations, and system limitations.

• Provides clarity and direction for the team by defining tasks, refining requirements, and supporting complicated decision-making.

• Manages ambiguity by establishing structure, making informed choices, and driving progress.

• Shapes influence through stakeholder alignment, challenging assumptions, and fostering robust cross-functional relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within complex or technical fields.

• Familiarity with SAAS enterprise systems or platforms (e.g., LOS, CRM) is essential.

• Demonstrated success in delivering both incremental enhancements and strategic initiatives.

• Strong technical proficiency; capable of engaging in system design, APIs, integrations, and data flows.

• Comfortable with navigating technical trade-offs and independently proposing viable solutions.

• Proactive, ownership-oriented, and effective in navigating ambiguous environments.

• Adept at influencing without formal authority and constructively questioning assumptions.

• Excellent communicator across both technical and non-technical stakeholders, focusing on outcomes rather than outputs.
