Technical Product Manager

Posted Jun 27

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of our integrations product domain β€” the REST API and our current connectors to third-party systems like RIB iTWO β€” and determine their future direction.

β€’ Travel throughout Germany to assist customers hands-on with the implementation and setup of connectors, while gaining insights into their systems, data flows, and real-world challenges.

β€’ Engage with customers to gather integration requirements, prioritizing them based on impact, effort, and our platform strategy.

β€’ Convert these requirements into clear, well-defined tickets that our engineers can act upon, providing them with the necessary technical context to expedite their work.

β€’ Review our API documentation and test endpoints independently to validate possibilities, identify gaps, and convey the developer experience from an external perspective.

β€’ Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure that customers can seamlessly connect their systems to Cosuno with minimal friction.

⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, platform, or developer-centric products.

β€’ Practical experience with APIs and integrations β€” you comprehend how REST APIs function, can interpret and analyze API documentation, and are proficient in validating endpoints (e.g., using tools like Postman) independently.

β€’ A knack for directly engaging with customers: gathering requirements, posing the right questions, and building trust in technical discussions.

β€’ The capability to transform complex, real-world integration needs into prioritized, well-defined tickets that engineers can implement.

β€’ Strong analytical skills and a practical instinct for converting intricate problems into feasible solutions.

β€’ Native-level proficiency in German (this is a strict requirement β€” all of our customers are German construction firms, and you will interact with them directly and on-site) and fluent in English.

β€’ Willingness to travel frequently to customers within Germany.

β€’ You regularly utilize AI tools β€” LLM-based assistants, MCPs, no-code prototyping β€” in your daily work.

🏝️ Benefits

β€’ Competitive Compensation: A salary that exceeds the market average.

β€’ Work-Life Balance: Enjoy the flexibility of working fully remotely from anywhere in Germany, or from our modern office located in Berlin Friedrichshain, with adaptable working hours to suit your lifestyle.

β€’ Top-Notch Equipment: Receive a new MacBook Pro to ensure you have the best tools available for your tasks.

β€’ A Great Team: Participate in regular company off-sites and team events that foster connections among us as individuals, not just colleagues.

β€’ Job Security: Benefit from a permanent contract in a stable, well-funded organization.

β€’ Growth & Feedback: Engage in an open feedback culture with regular one-on-one meetings and developmental discussions.
